As parents, we all want our kids to be happy, and we go to great lengths and make great sacrifices to help make that happen!
But true, life-changing happiness comes from ONE thing: encountering the God who loves us and responding to Him in an authentic, personal way. It’s not enough to just learn about the Lord (though we absolutely need to do that too!) – like Peter and Mary Magdalen and all of the other saints, we need to encounter Him, to experience His love personally, and then respond to Him.
We can’t make this happen. But we can and must intentionally offer it to our kids.
Here are 3 things you can do to help the kids you love encounter and respond to the Lord in a way that’s as unique and personal as they are:
